Az egyetemi hallgatókat, pályakezdőket vagy már munkatapasztalattal rendelkezőket megszólító kérdőív segít reálisan végiggondolni a munkahellyel szembeni elvárásokat, amelyek segítségül szolgálhatnak a karriertervezés, vagy akár egy állásinterjú során.
A felmérés eredményei alapján a vállalatok betekintést nyerhetnek a fiataloknak a munkahelyválasztáskor fontosnak ítélt szempontjaiba, ezáltal lehetőségük lesz az új igényekhez jobban alkalmazkodó munkahelyet teremteni.
A PwC Magyarország online kérdőíve 2024. október 31-ig tölthető ki.
A felmérés körülbelül 12 percet vesz igénybe, amelynek során olyan juttatási elemekre kérdeznek rá, mint a fizetés, a karrier, a személyes fejlődés, a rugalmas munkarend, vagy éppen a home office lehetősége.
A felmérés anonim, magyar és angol nyelven érhető el.
A kérdőív végén magánszemélyként lehet regisztrálni a PwC Magyarország nyereményjátékára, amelynek fődíja nettó 1 millió forint.

Whether you are a university student, a recent graduate, or an experienced employee, we would like to better understand what criteria are important to you when choosing a workplace.

The questionnaire helps you realistically think through your expectations for your current or future workplace, which can be valuable for career planning or during a job interview. Furthermore, companies can gain insights into what young people consider important when choosing a workplace, giving them the opportunity to create an environment that better aligns with these new demands.
Deadline of completion: 31.10.2024
The survey takes approximately 12 minutes to complete, during which we will ask about benefits such as salary, career, personal development, flexible working hours, and the possibility of home office. The survey is anonymous, so feel free to be honest when answering! The survey is available in Hungarian and English.
