The HelpDesk is used to report and manage IT and IT-related problems of the University of Miskolc staff. It is mandatory to use the HelpDesk in all cases, because the reports and the work done are documented and archived for several years. The IT Centre will consider the notification and, if it would conflict with a rule or require significant resources, will indicate this to the notifier.
The HelpDesk is only accessible from the university network and requires a central identifier to use.
