Supervisory Board of the Universitas Miskolcinensis Foundation
The Foundation has a Supervisory Board consisting of three natural persons.
The Supervisory Board monitors the operation of the Foundation and the Board of Trustees, and for this purpose it carries out a continuous monitoring of the Foundation’s activities as a whole, and performs its duties as defined by law and by the Foundation’s Memorandum.
The Supervisory Board informs the Board of Trustees and the Foundation’s asset supervisor of its audits.
The supervision of the management of the Foundation’s assets is carried out by the Foundation’s asset supervisor, who must be invited to the meetings of all Foundation’s bodies and must be provided with the documents produced in the course of the operation of each body.
