Oraganisations of the Universitas Miskolcinensis Foundation
The Board of Trustees is the decision-making, representative and executive body of the Foundation. The Board of Trustees is composed of five natural persons who are the Foundation’s executive officers. The members of the Board of Trustees are the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees and the members of the Board of Trustees.
The Foundation’s activities are supervised by the Supervisory Board and the Auditor. In accordance with Act C of 2000 on Accounting, the auditor is responsible for examining the assets and financial situation for the financial year.
The professional and administrative tasks necessary for the operation of the Foundation are carried out by the Foundation’s work organisation.
