- After high school he studied mechanical engineering at the University of Miskolc, graduating in 1995.
- After his university studies, he worked as a quality assurance engineer at Ganz-Hunslet Rt. in Budapest and then at Audi Hungária Motor Kft. in Győr.
- From 2000 until today, he has held important positions within the Robert Bosch Group in Hungary and abroad. For two years he was a Quality Assurance Engineer at Robert Bosch Elektronikai Kft. in Hatvan, and for four years he was Quality Assurance Group Manager at Robert Bosch Power Tool Kft. in Miskolc. After that he worked for a few years in Germany also as Quality Assurance Group Leader, and then he returned to Miskolc, first as Plant Quality Manager, then as Head of Project Management Department. From 2012 he was Value Stream Manager first at Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Kft. in Miskolc and then at Robert Bosch Power Tool Kft.
- Since 2016, he has been the Plant Manager and Managing Director of Robert Bosch Power Tool Kft., based in Miskolc.
- His areas of proficiency include Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Change management, Performance Management, People Management and development, Industry 4.0, Innovation.
- He is member of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Miskolcinensis Foundation since 2020, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees since 2023.
