Eating

The central building complex of the University of Miskolc is undergoing a major transformation, which includes the university food court and the RockWell student club. The 5,536 square metre building, which is almost 60 years old and was opened in 1966, will receive a new exterior and new technical building services technology following structural reinforcements. In addition to the restaurant, the transformation will create a conference room and offices. The building will continue to house the student club, which will be directly linked to the 2 200 m2 community space in front of the building. 

The services of the university canteen remain available during the renovation works: the food court has been temporarily relocated to the renovated extension of the E/2 dormitory, where students and staff can continue to enjoy their meals and organise small community events. 

In addition to the University food court, there are two buffets offering hot meals on the campus.
