After arrival, we will contact you when your residence permit is ready to be issued. Then you have to reserve an appointment for yourself at the International Relations Office to collect your residence permit. EEA citizens can submit their application for a registration certificate in person at the customer service of the regional directorate responsible for their place of residence in Hungary, or electronically after registering on the electronic immigration policing platform (Enter Hungary). If you can enter the country without a visa, we suggest you contact your mentors to accompany you to the immigration office to start the process for the residence permit. Alternatively, you can start the process on Enter Hungary.
