Logistical quality assurance

The focus of the competence area is logistics quality assurance. Based on DIN EN 9000: 2000, using the concept of logistics quality, the suitability of a logistics process and/or logistics system determines whether a system is capable of the logistics quality performance desired by the customer.

• Labelling error, identification error

• Development of quality assurance of logistics processes
• Application of quality management methods (CRM, QFD, benchmarking, prevention procedures, error analysis, etc.) to improve logistics processes
• Mathematical evaluation of logistics quality assurance parameters

• A laboratory suitable for examining logistics activities
• Methods developed jointly with the Otto von Guericke University of Magdeburg and the Fraunhoffer Institute in Magdeburg
• Various standards

• Joint research for the development of the logistics activities of the ÁTI Depo Miskolc site
• Review and modernisation of the petroleum coke transport and storage system of MOL’s Százhalombatta plant
• Auditing the logistics activities of TÉKISZ
• Development of the logistics system of DUNAFERR
• Development of a product tracking system at the Borsod Brewery
